However, the tubes can also be used for manual lysis processing on the bench top. The AutoLys tube is available in fully tested Biological purityPLUS grade, guaranteeing that all AutoLys tubes are free from detectable RNase and DNase activity. An additional treatment step during the manufacturing and packing of tube device ensures the effective removal of contaminants by physically destroying any detectable DNA molecules.
